Data Controller

Resumes are retained only while under active consideration or for a limited period thereafter as determined by Human Resources.

Access is limited to authorized personnel who are bound by confidentiality obligations. Credit card information submitted through web forms is protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or equivalent encryption. The same standard is required of our fulfillment agents.

Our websites are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
