This Privacy Policy describes how Lazarus Alliance collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information obtained through our websites and related online services.

Data Controller
The data controller is the Lazarus Alliance entity in the visitor’s country or the Lazarus Alliance entity to which the visitor has submitted information. Access is limited to authorized personnel who are bound by confidentiality obligations. Credit card information submitted through web forms is protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or equivalent encryption. The same standard is required of our fulfillment agents.

Our websites are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
